The content provided by RéQreation (including workouts, recipes, and holistic methods) is for informational and educational purposes only.

Consult a physician before starting any new fitness program or diet.
RéQreation and Oláh Réka are not responsible for any injuries, health issues, or adverse effects that may arise from following the programs.
You perform all exercises and dietary changes at your own risk.

3. Intellectual Property

All content (videos, recipes, text, logos, and the RéQreation Method structure) is the exclusive intellectual property of Oláh Réka. You may not copy, record, distribute, or resell any part of this application without explicit written permission.

4. User Accounts

Accounts are personal. Sharing your login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or attempt to scrape/steal content from the app.

5. Subscription and Payments

Access to premium modules requires an active subscription. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
